Telkomsigma, a digital technology company with over 61% millennial employees and 24% Gen Z employees, has implemented the NGOBRAS program as a key strategy for fostering communication and engagement.
I Wayan Sukerta, Telkomsigma's Director of Delivery Operations, together with Royke Dwipura, VP of Digital Finance and Banking Delivery, and Johan Sing Tanojo, Deputy VP of Digital Finance and Banking Delivery, led the NGOBRAS DFBD event. During the session, they emphasized the importance of operational discipline in adhering to Corporate Governance principles to successfully complete work projects. They also highlighted the need for effective communication and collaboration within and across teams to ensure customer trust and deliver exceptional service.
