Telkomsigma Fully Supports Telkomsel in Achieving ISO 25010:2011 Certification

Jakarta – Telkomsigma, as a trusted IT provider, continues to demonstrate its commitment to growing alongside TelkomGroup. This commitment is reflected in its contribution to providing IT consulting services and solutions to Telkomsel, helping the company achieve the ISO 25010:2011 certification. The certificate was symbolically handed over at the ISO Achievement Ceremony held at the 6th Floor, Telkomsel Smart Office, on Tuesday, (12/17)

ISO 25000 is an international standard designed to provide a framework for evaluating the quality of software products. With this certification, Telkomsel demonstrates its commitment to adhering to the standards set for software product quality, ensuring that all processes are aligned with a globally recognized quality framework. This certification also reflects Telkomsel’s readiness to maintain and continuously improve the quality of its digital services.

Telkomsigma, as an IT consulting solution provider, played a key role in helping Telkomsel meet these international standards. By ensuring the audit process and implementation oversight were carried out smoothly—particularly for Dunia Games and Moana—Telkomsigma contributed to the successful certification of the MyTelkomsel and DSC applications, further strengthening the quality of Telkomsel's digital services.

The certificate was handed over in person by Telkomsigma's Director of Delivery & Operations, I Wayan Sukerta, to Telkomsel's Vice President of IT Operations and Infrastructure, Torang Hasudungan Sitorus, along with other senior leaders from both companies.
